On March 6th 2013, RHS organized a tour on location of university mega center for commercial buildings, which covered a visit to two commercial buildings, U city of Longhu private developer and Kangtian Mancheng Residential.
U city consists of mixed-use building and garden villa, has an advantage on transportation. Metro line 1 will be launched by the end of 2013, University mega center is always regarded as prosperous prospect in the future. On the other side, Kangtian Mancheng rank as residential project depending on its advantage—sound afforested circumstance and easy walking distance to Chongqing university, new transportation link( bus and metro station) will be built shortly afterwards.
Potential clients, proceeding from their own demands, come to choose between these two housing properties.
